Overgrown
This wild spray rose botanical piece I purposefully kept soft and neutral. And I wanted the design to be somewhat repetitive but one where you loose your way in the details. With it I’m continuing my conversation on finding pattern and structure within the wildness of my everyday life of a working mom and artist. This one I feel represents the overwhelmingness of it all, those days that swirl around you and you just try for dear life to hold on and keep up.
22” x 30”
Acrylic on paper
Remember colors vary from screen to screen and to in person viewing.
